According to Variety, Lord and Miller, known for his work on the films “the LEGO movie” and “Macho and nerdy” (21 Jump Street) wanted to add more humor to the picture of Han Solo and encouraged improvisation, which was disliked by producer Kathleen Kennedy and co-writer Lawrence Kasdan.
The publication notes that Howard will begin work immediately. The film’s budget may change because Howard needs to revisit the script and the footage – perhaps a picture will also be added changes according to his directorial vision.
The movie is about a young Han Solo has no name, but its output is planned for next year.
